Xiaomi Auto has inaugurated its largest vehicle delivery center in China, located in Longhua District. The new facility, situated in the GLP Shenzhen Longhua Mofang Building on Tangbei Road, spans more than 30,000 square meters and marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion into the electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Designed to serve the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the center integrates sales, delivery, after-sales service, and vehicle storage under one roof. The location reinforces Longhua’s role as a regional hub for new energy vehicles and high-tech industry clusters.

According to a Xiaomi Auto representative in Shenzhen, the project moved from contract signing to full operation in less than five months, thanks in part to Global Logistics Properties’ (GLP) expertise in space customization, engineering coordination, and on-site operations. “We look forward to offering a superior and more convenient user experience with the full support of GLP’s high-standard infrastructure and operational efficiency,” the representative said.
The delivery center is housed within the GLP Shenzhen Longhua Mofang Building, a flagship facility with a total floor area of approximately 89,000 square meters. The site includes a nine-story main structure and a 12-story R&D office building, designed with a focus on green building standards and earning LEED Gold certification.
